GemVax & KAEL report positive safety and tolerability data for its Phase 2 trial for GV1001 in people with #PSP. The trial also showed some potential efficacy for the drug to slow disease progression.

Blood clue for frontotemporal #dementia (FTD)? Lower blood levels of myelin-linked fats (hexosylceramides) in people with behavioural variant FTD mirrored white-matter damage on MRI and tracked with disease duration –pointing to a potential monitoring #biomarker.
