So, I didn't post these at the time, but the sketch for the cover illustration on RABID DOGS blew me out of the water, considering the silly mock up I gave her. Absolutely spot on and EXACTLY the spooky forest urban fantasy vibe I was shooting for.

Fun thing about Morgan Burke: she's kinda cringe & doesn't give a fuck.
Elemental power is tied to force of will and personal belief in one's magic. Being a giant goddamn nerd, she's borrowed verbal components from all sorts of SFF pop culture. It's the worst, but also I kinda like that about her?

I know I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but I truly cherish anyone who's given my stories a look. It takes hundreds of hours to dredge a novel from the muck in my brain and knowing that only a handful of people will read Book 4 in a series sometimes tests my sanity.
