This enemy only spawns in this particular room if the game's internal clock is between 10 and 25 minutes of every hour. There is no way to speed the clock up, so if you missed it, you're gonna have to come back later. Sometimes one area can have several of these.

This enemy will only spawn in one particular area if you see a certain configuration of mobs as you enter, and there's about a 30% chance of this happening. Keep zoning in and out until you see the configuration you want. The target is one of them (but looks like the rest of them).

This enemy will only appear if you enter the area while in critical health. You will either be in this area way too early - in which case you are dead immediately - or you're there later and getting to critical health and STAYING there is way trickier than it sounds.

I have more. In this area, filled with different types of mobs, chain 12 kills of the same mob (killing another mob resets the chain). The target Rare Game will appear in the middle of the room - most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't, and you have to walk away a bit and come back again.
