Mask of the Betrayer: interesting story, cool characters, frustrating game engine. It gets ranked as a top RPG, but IMO can't compare to Planescape/BG1&2. AI mod making it more difficult might've been a minus? Perhaps more impactful when RPG stories were more banal?

after something like 25 years of wearing the same type of contact lens, it was discontinued and i put on a new type today for the first time and it feels... weird? I can't tell if I'm feeling it more or maybe the technology upgrades makes it less noticeable and I'm feeling the absence?

Do both please. Annoy them AND do it their way. You have to tie up their phones AND flood their inboxes. I once worked a phone job that employed a similar tactic in times of trouble. They told me they're getting a lot of complaints about this when I called, tried to push me to do an e-mail. Politely told them I would prefer to leave my complaint by phone and they took it. Easy. If you're calling Visa, hit 0 and lead by saying you'd like to file a complaint.
