Yesterday I walked around the city most of the day and ended up getting over 10,000 steps, but forgot to snap a pic and post heehee 🙃. Today, I got back in the gym and did strength training for the first time in months and it felt so good. Haven't lost as much strength as I thought! ✌️✨
