Do any other amiibo work with the Kirby Air Riders gigantic vehicles? Is there a reason other than Nintendo inertia that they did not go with a more affordable toy size there? If those things were 70% smaller I feel like they would be unavoidably adorable.

About video game nag lines... I recall a few weeks ago somebody writing a mean piece about Ghost of Yotei, and one thing that gets overlooked is that lots of people do not play a game for 50 hours straight and are massively helped by reminder text when you take long breaks from playing.
