Is it ok to not go to Christmas lunch because my nervous system can’t handle the inevitable drama that ensues? I’ve had a really difficult year. I’m in physical pain from my monthlies and I just don’t have the strength to get through tomorrow. I just want peace and quiet.

Why do people at shopping centres during Christmas turn into aliens that have never roamed the earth before? They just stop in the middle of walkways or a family with a pram and trolley decides to take up an entire walkway. This is why I become a hermit during this time of year.

At the nail salon a girl was unhappy with the shade of pink she chose. She was mulling over changing it. When it was done I told her how lovely the colour was & that it suited her complexion, & it really did suit her. She kept it. The little things can give someone a boost of confidence & happiness.

What tf is wrong with people? The new trend on TikTok is to burn a piece of paper towel on top of an open can of sardines to “smoke” them. Yay for ingesting carcinogens. You could just put the sardines in a pan or in the oven for a couple of minutes. If these children are our future we’re so fucked.

I'm a bit believer in treating fraud like fraud. If someone submits *anything*, *anywhere* and it contains stuff that's fabricated, you should treat it the same whether they sat down and consciously made up lies with their own keyboard or if they outsourced it to a text generation program
