He’s leaving victoriously.
His data scrapers are in place, he’s secured billions in Government contracts and grants. He’s finished his assignment and now he’s going home.

It is important to recognize that a president who takes bribes and a Congress that lets that slide was itself a Constitutional crisis.
Banning bribery was so important, the Founders had the Constitution forbid it three times, including as the only directly named impeachable offense besides treason.
