Again with the citizen qualifier. Is it okay to shoot people without citizenship status in the back? Maybe Alex Pretti is dead because actions like the Border Patrol’s murder of José Rodríguez were deemed acceptable.

No actually a lot of people who say "abolish ICE" are abolitionists, they're for abolishing Borders and Customs EEforcement (ICE's predecessor) and borders altogether and going back to open borders, which the U.S. largely had until 1924

I know I'm not the first to make this connection but this is like the 3rd book I've read now (each in different locations and time periods) that mentions the role of settler/Colonial/imperial clergy in developing capitalism. Like they are scouting ahead for the bourgeoisie

Anarchists were not always campists like they are today. Malatesta for example understood there can be more than one imperialist side to conflict. He said the main enemy is the one closest to us. He supported national liberation but that didn't contradict his internationalism.

Really? Does that mean GW was too? Like I said, not a fan of Cheney or the GOP but there’s a difference between their upholding a democracy vs fascism which destroys and replaces democracy with authoritarianism. Our democracy checked Cheney and he abided by it. A fascist would not have.
