Alright today's cooking experiment: shrimp mixed with corn salad and brown rice fluffed with a cumin-cayenne base and a custom avocado-yogurt "dressing" that I blended. This is before I mixed the black beans, which I soaked overnight and boiled this morning. All within my quasi-dietary range. Yum!
