My cousin is a brilliant writer of horror, and he knows where to find the best illustrators. And I know there are people here who love 80s horror. If you are one of them support his Kickstarter here, I can vouch that he's a solid bet www.kickstarter.com/projects/169...
Dead Men Tell Tales: A Retro Anthology Graphic Novel

By now, asteroid 2026 Dreadstone has impacted the Indian Ocean, sparking a firestorm not seen on this planet since the K–Pg Extinction Event. Most people just want to be with their families. Here are three ways effective business leaders can leverage targeted KPIs to turn tragedy 😔 into triumph 💪

Slightly reassured by the number of people who can't keep the names straight of the men in #thetraitors

I work in a very male heavy industry and always had an issue with names and faces, seems like it's maybe not just my incompetence

The single most useful thing I’ve read about ovarian cancer - how to spot the symptoms, talk to your GP and get tested. Wish I’d known all this earlier in the summer.

The new Norfolk Iron Age carnyx find featured on #DiggingForBritain with @profaliceroberts.bsky.social is beyond spectacular, dating to that crucial period for the Iceni between Caesar’s expeditions & Boudica’s rebellion. Already my find of the decade, today is a day to worship the carnyx…

My Aunt died from this as it was not diagnosed quickly enough. These are pretty non specific symptoms so don't hesitate to ask for further investigation if you have any concerns
New graphics from Target Ovarian Cancer just dropped. I’m really keen to spread the word about symptoms, so please share either my post or the graphic. Other common symptoms include fatigue & changes in bowel habits, it can seem like IBS, and there’s no routine screening.

Do confirm that Blackwell's are brilliant for overseas English language books. Shipping is very reasonable, no extra duties to pay, thanks for recommending as I would not have thought of looking at them
Sorry to be repetitive, as I know I've mentioned this before, but Blackwell's do an AMAZING deal for people outside the UK, with free international delivery: blackwells.co.uk/bookshop/sea...

Nothing iffy about it. And I'm told by people who've used them that there are no extra tariffs or taxes.

I have huge empathy for EU citizens who were made unwelcome, uncertain, or used as bargaining chips after Brexit.
That harm was real.

But it’s also true that millions of Brits lost rights too — rights we’d quietly built our lives around.
Both things can be true.

Ah hell, just realised my favourite Garibaldi biscuits have become victim to shrinkflation. Brought an extra packet home from my last UK visit to get me through til Christmas, but just realised it only compensates the reduction in the other packets 😭 @sainsburys explain yourselves 😤

Love Martin Parr's work - stumbled across his work in an expo in Hamburg. Hadn't realised until his recent interview on Arte 28 Minutes how much the French love him too. So much gentle humour in his photos, this Brit felt less homesick after some time with his photos. RIP Mr Parr

Quick note to anyone thinking of buying my books: please purchase the new Swift Press versions, NOT the relatively small number of Unbound versions still knocking about, & being sold by OOINYA. Unbound stopped paying me for my work early in 2024 and I will never see a penny for these books.

🇫🇷 Dodgy Sarko going to jail and why France's right-wingers are so crooked
🇫🇷 Whatever happened to the Champs-Elysées?
🇫🇷 And why the Lascaux caves in south-west France are so very, very special
Talking France: France shamed by Sarko and is the Champs-Élysées now the worst street in Paris?
A former French president is set to spend some time behind bars in prison, quite a bit of time actually. Yes Nicolas Sarkozy, remember him, he’s been up to no good. Again. We'll hear about France...
