This is genuine gym inspo omg. I've wanted to start bulking up again for a long time but continual struggles with trauma, my mental health, substance use & just surviving this last couple years have made that near impossible, and I've suffered for it. Exercise greatly helped my EDS

I don't have access to my paypal and cashapp doesn't work in the UK and I cant sign up for any other money transfer services
if anyone wants to help me out it'd have to be a bank transfer, idk if that'd work or not incur fees internationally. this is part of what's been bothering me sm lately
