The bloated pickup truck really does perfectly represent the US right now. It's "powerful," in a blundering, thoughtless way that hurts innocent bystanders, but it's antiquated, fits poorly in modern cities, and above all *screams* defensiveness & overcompensation.

Die letzte Legislatur ist der Einstieg in die Wärmewende endlich gelungen - jetzt bloß nicht nachlassen.
