Actually yeah. He could carry a bunch of different kinds of revolvers & single shot hold out pistols & sawed off shotguns along with using rifled muskets and breech loading carbines. Etc. plus one of those gladius looking swords like John Brown used

I actually called Sen Schiff's office (and was just about to call Padilla's) to tell them I thought Schumer's offer was bullshit before I knew it got rejected. still feel like I spent my time better than posting about it
