I do this constantly, which is why I end up not liking most of my art after a few days. I only see mistakes and things that did not come out as intended, because I constantly compare my art to other artists. I'm not even able to be really proud of or really like anything I make for more than a day.

I'm not healed and most likely I never will fully heal from depression, dysthymia and trauma. Most likely I will have to learn to live with it.

It's just... become a part of me, since I was 15. Now I'm 40 and had 4 episodes of major depression, so I don't think it will ever go away.

My mood is better than before on more days than before, but strangely I still suffer from that lack of motivation to do anything after work and on weekends. I hope this will get better as well, maybe my brain needs to adjust to the increased dose of the antidepressant.

We'll see.
