Hi I'm Iris, I'm a solo game dev working on a racing game called Stick Drift and sometimes I stream too.
I'm working using UE5, Blender, Zbrush, Houdini, Substance Painter, Substance designer, Topogun and RizomUV to make it!

A reminder: this is an Irishman with valid papers speaking about how he's being held in US concentration camps. If you don't have to go to the US, do not go to the US. "GDC" is not "have to go". One denial at the border is going to mark you for life, and that's the best of the bad outcomes.

I think the YouTube app is the worst app I have on my phone.
Everytime I open it it either goes "hey pay a subscription or else" and then I say no and then it asks me if I want to connect to a random TV in my house instead of using the app.
Then if I play a video I get a bucket load of ads.

The best time to boycott Xbox and Microsoft was when BDS called for it, the next best time is now. Focused, targeted boycotts work, this one is working, and all you got to do to support it is go play other games. Literally the least you could do in this moment in history
