Some of the most well received missions I wrote for Borderlands 4 were largely due to the voice acting. Yes, the script was good, but the voice acting could have taken that script and made it a boring/forgettable mission or one you'll remember for years to come. And that happened in the booth.
If your game has voice acting, then working with the voice actors is half of your writing process. It's not complete until you've heard it interpreted and reimagined by a voice actor. And they always reimagine it in ways that elevate the writing, in ways you never would have imagined yourself.

Still can't believe a Super Mario Maker wasn't a Switch 2 launch game, but I realllllllllly hope they do one in the next couple of years.

After months of trying to get this done, my sleep study got denied by insurance for not being "medically necessary" even though I sure feel like it is and the doctor/specialist I saw clearly thought so too.
