I just noticed that the list includes only 7 of the 8 Senators, so I checked, and wouldn't you know it, "John Fetterman received [$84 less than Angus King] from [individuals associated with the American Airlines PAC]." Apparently, formally progressive ratfuckers are immune to PAC $ influence.

The "received from" phrasing is odd, like they deleted the amounts received (because they would lay bare just how ridiculous the allegations are.)

Got into it with an asshole on here who was sad we didn't get food riots. These fucking armchair revolutionaries are always ready for other people to suffer for their cause.

You want others to to go hungry and riot because you might personally benefit from their struggles. You demand sympathy for yourself while being a callous asshole to everyone else. You're an armchair revolutionary and an accelerationist ghoul.

If you want to go riot, there's nothing stopping you.
Demanding others go without food so that they're desperate enough to riot on your behalf is fucking evil and lazy.

Sure, but what if those crime victims insist their personal experience with crime means that crime statistics for the entire population can't possibly be right? That they feel their personal experience is invalidated when others reference those stats? Should we just humor them?

So when Republicans insist crime is worse than ever, we should just accept the claim as a reflection of some voters' "personal real world experience"?

Fetterman is toeing the GOP line as usual, but he's the only one I've seen who seems afraid to mention Trump. www.inquirer.com/politics/ele...
Fetterman touts Democratic wins in fundraising email, but takes a different tone with reporters
Democrats won gubernatorial elections in New Jersey and Virginia, held three Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and voted for a new election map in California.

Yeah there are quite a few issues like this for me. There’s a creeping anti-intellectualism, oafishness, and bigotry on the left that grosses me out.

Much of the left has taught itself that politics is a game of competitive ritual cleanliness, where it’s immediately legitimate to construe a bad vote or association as a load bearing & constitutive flaw in the candidate/project, provided they were already suspicious of said candidate/project

He's claiming temporary amnesia about a fundamental characteristic of modern democracies the world over because he had a bad day, an "aurora borealis localized entirely within his kitchen"-ass lie if I've ever heard one.

We had an incident here in Delaware where two men posed as ICE agents and robbed someone. Law enforcement has been enabled to act with impunity for so long that citizens cannot distinguish between legitimate LEOs and criminals. Note how none of the police's www.capegazette.com/article/men-...

This is why more and more of the Trump admin are moving to military bases. I don't think they'll go as far as ruining Thanksgiving, but the shit they'll inflict on America to try to win the shutdown politically is going to drive their poll numbers into the 20s (obviously, withholding SNAP benefits

For example, Erasmus's oddly familiar reaction to the proliferation of books because of Gutenberg's press: "When any asshole can publish a book, how will (other) people learn the truth?"
