I did my first couple of sets of KB workouts this year. My arms and core feel a little wrecked and it was only 7 1/2 minutes.

I don’t really like football. I don’t like the pace of the game, the terrible impact it has on the bodies of the players, and the mindset of the coaches generally.
I don’t tend to watch the Super Bowl unless I’m with friends.

I don’t really like football. I don’t like the pace of the game, the terrible impact it has on the bodies of the players, and the mindset of the coaches generally.

Lasagna is in the oven. The mac & cheese is assembled. (The mornay made me stop and admire my own work.) The focaccia has been transferred to a cast iron pan to rest before heading into the oven.
Also, the kitchen is mostly cleaned up.

I’ve tried listening to my first book; “Orbital” by Samantha Harvey. The story is excellent, but having it read to me is so much less an immersive experience than actually reading it. I don’t want to wade into controversial waters, but it is a different* experience than reading.

I found Noom to be valuable, even as it didn’t work for me. However, I don’t need medication and I definitely don’t need a large language model to help with my weight.

I’m really far from being a medical expert, but I’m old, vaguely athletic, and have had a history of knee problems & even when my knee is most stable, I find skiing to be treacherous.
