So juvenile orca are sinking boats because they are bored and it's fun.

What other species on this planet does this sort of thing? Seems familiar.

They like boat rudders because they found they can turn them by hitting them. The rudders sometimes break causing damage and sinking.

Silly whales

Every year at this time I like researching what food was actually eaten all those years ago. Wampanoag Tribe would use local ingredients. Venison, wildfowl, fresh water fish, shell fish and eel. Peas, beans, squash and most likely corn. Corn was a staple and cornbread very likely eaten at that time.

Alright, since a few people are relating to this experience, easy turkey cooking tips!
Dry brine with salt, pepper and baking powder.
Butter or healthy fat/oil under the skin. Herbs too.
Tent that bird. Foil tented over helps keep it moist and reduces burning. Allows more thorough cooking.
As someone who grew up with a raised in the midwest mother, this was typical of the bland dry out of the box Thanksgiving meals that she made. Crescent rolls from a tube, cranberry sauce from a can, stuffing from a box. Very little effort showing in this meal. This is why people don't like turkey.

Had to mute another person's name on here because the way they yell over people is triggering. Verbal abuse is never okay.

Do not ask anyone who has experienced long term verbal abuse to imagine anything about this person.

Life is too short for this. Doing something productive instead

Sparkling like a festive bauble, Victor Stiebel’s early #1960s cocktail dress deploys a heap of embellishment not just in the form of beadwork at the bodice but a textured cloqué fabric as well. Sold via #AugustaAuction #FashionHistory 🗃️🪡

So, two episodes in and I will say, despite all the complains on social media, the writing and directing for "Stranger Things" is working. The focus on what characters are going through without going too far, the little backstory yet moving everything along is well done.

Guessed Mr. Whatsit too.

And if you have seen the latest episode of "Pluribus"...

Just waiting for robots to show up. Episode almost feels like an allegory for some are trying to impose on humanity. Creating a world where people no longer have to physically interact with each other. No more socializing in real life.

Trying to mentally prepare for this episode of "Pluribus". We want to root for Carol, but was what she did ethical or humane?
At times I'm reminded of "Severance" but even more so of "Silo" which we have a character going against the establishment, not knowing what will happen.

If they are claiming that AI does the work that humans do, that it can replace humans, then it needs to be judged the same way humans are judged legally and ethically. If a human did something illegal and AI does the same thing then that’s illegal too

As someone who trained as a psychological therapist, they want people to use their program for therapy but not be responsible for when it encourages someone to kill themself. So human therapists should just have terms of service instead of being ethical?
Additionally, OpenAI argues its not liable because Raine, by using ChatGPT for self-harm, broke its terms of service

First big concert I went to was Queen. So worth it.
Still a fan after all these years. Freddie was bigger than life and so talented.

So many memorable roles. Elegant vampire in "Blood for Dracula" and "Blade" to a doctor in horror classic "Suspiria". And so many more. Udo Kier definitely did a good job with his acting.
