I think he is making the point that it's plenty enough beyond most people's wildest dreams for their families to be rich like he is without having to be oligarch-level RICH, the way the Bezos, Waltons and Musks of the country are.

Souvent, quand le gouvernement organise des assises, c'est qu'il sait exactement où il veut aller, mais ne sait pas comment y aller. Donc possible qu'on laisse parler des gens, pour ensuite faire du cherry-picking et faciliter la mise en œuvre de l'objectif pré-établi.
