the federal government is arresting journalists not only without a warrant but after being explicitly denied a warrant

If the president cannot be sued while in office, then the president should not be able to file suit while in office. Fair is fair.

Georgia Fort, an independent journalist and vice president of the Minnesota NABJ chapter, was also arrested by federal agents this morning

I was sent this video of agents at her door:

Arresting Black journalists is also vice signaling. Their base is racist and hates journalists and they want to get them excited again. The mainstream media industry has never protected Black journalists or journalists of color the way it should.

The arrests of Don Lemon, Georgia Fort, and Jamael Lundy are unacceptable and a clear violation of the Constitution.

This is a dangerous abuse of power that threatens the rights of every single American.

They must be released immediately.

The Alberta UCP government just wants to control everything and everyone, for their own amusement. Every metric shows that hybrid work is better for workers and the employer. Let’s stop treating our public employees like children. #ABpoli #aupe #union

Say you don’t know a trans person, without saying you don’t know a trans person.
I don't care what anyone says or thinks about Joe Biden. One thing I know is that ordinary people were not murdered in the streets of American cities for exercising their constitutional right to protest. People were safe when he was in charge of things.

Wishful thinking gets us nowhere. Kamala didn’t inspire the voter base because she defended Israel’s genocide and was an active participant in the prison industrial complex. She ran a meme campaign devoid of clear policy positions and lost. People have good reasons to be mad at both sides rn.
If Kamala had been elected Minneapolis would not have been turned into a war zone where people are gunned down in the streets.

If you’re still “imagining a world where Kamala won” imagine a world where AI regulations are blocked in Congress, private prisons are super cool, free speech is antisemitism and ICE funding gets a big boost with support from Gavin Newsom… oh wait.

Tapping the sign:
You can’t dox a public official being paid by your tax dollars. Their info belongs to the employer. The employer is allowed to review their performance.
According to Kristi Noem and DHS, revealing the identity of an ICE agent is "doxing" and subject to criminal prosecution.

As @wired.com found out, many, many, many ICE agents appear happy to "dox" THEMSELVES...on conventional job websites like LinkedIn:
ICE Agents Are ‘Doxing’ Themselves
The alleged risks of being publicly identified have not stopped DHS  and ICE employees from creating profiles on LinkedIn, even as Kristi Noem threatens to treat revealing agents' identities as a crim...

One thing I see liberal outlets giving ground on that I feel the need to correct: it’s impossible to “dox” a paid public official
By simply reporting their name, institutional role, and political affiliations
