The Mountain Fell, or "The Fell" - a large (insanely large) mountain floating in a void that has 3 planes (tiers, really) of lands attached to it. 3 lands per plane. Reaching the other planes, you utilize Fairy Rings - and if you use a wild ring, who knows where you go.
