I’ve managed to get calm again. Sleeping better. It’s allowed me to start making calls to representatives, and might allow me to use some free time in order to volunteer for some causes. Make it through the next year for school. I did not come this far just to get this far

Trying to find joy and positives where I can. Class has been going well, I’ve been trying to reach out to friends more and talk, and have social times, and work has been decently ish stable. I got to workout a couple times this week. Tried doing some calls to representatives, left messages. Keep on.
