And now it is snowing pretty heavily, looking at the logs it hasn't even defrosted since the air dried out. I also do not miss the setback hell of my old electric furnace, there was always a chill in the air which never went away... and tiles felt so cold. That's no longer a thing.

They are quite good indeed, an alternative which is also non-directional tread is the Vredestein Quatrac Pro+. The Michelin is probably a bit better in deeper snow, but if you have a sportier car the Vredestein will retain your handling. Either is fantastic in our midwest climate.

Ugh! This is brutal for us all, NE Kansas is 35 with a 41 heat index tomorrow… 😫😫😫 Looking forward to spending all of July in Belgium, 26-30 is ok! Stay cool how you can out there.
