Treated my baby to some new shoes, Michelin is overrated… Vredestein Quatrac Pro+. Now it goes around corners like a Civic, qualifies as a winter tire too. 😎🇳🇱🛞🥰

New doors at home, long time coming but worth the wait. The glass is gas filled and coated, even in full sun it’s only lukewarm! 😍 Window Design in Silver Lake was the contractor, highly recommended.

I got ambitious... after three weeks watching Chinese foodies cooking on Xiaohongshu (Rednote), I gave it a try! Chicken and mushrooms with chili oil made by my Chinese friend. Sautéed green beans, cucumber salad I made, ponytail radish and kimchi. 🤤🤤🤤

Chinese chili oil is the star of this quick rice bowl, the chili oil is from a good friend who is from Lanzhou... my lips are numb but so good! Garlic sausage, Chinese cucumber salad with chili oil, kimchi, sauerkraut, and a fried egg in olive and chili oil with a side salad. 😋🤤

Normal cars can be used in winter! Just need the right equipment, 40cm of snow easily tackled with barely cleared roads. Vredestein Quatrac Pro+, highly recommended year round tire that gives 90% of a winter tire, but doesn't leave you wanting in summer for corner carving.
