Yeah, I've noticed it in the last 6 months (the bacon grease in the last 3) at the local Food Lion.

The duck and tallow has been a thing at the Whole Foods level stores for years along with multiple flavors of ghee but the bacon grease is new and things seem to be spreading to more stores.
