In all seriousness, the White House is a sacred symbol of our democracy, second in prominence to our constitution, which is also being assailed. If amending the constitution requires a two-thirds vote from each house of congress, then altering the most treasured national historical site should, too.

I’m in MA, and on Saturday, my son and I kayaked with a group of 10 on the Connecticut River. The temperature reached almost 70° by noon.

I love seeing photos like this one. I try to seize every opportunity I can to capture the beauty of nature, too. A student of mine and I snapped this photo yesterday of a tree frog that climbed to a second story window sill at the school teach at.

Today, I got my first handmade gift from one of the sweetest girls in the third-grade class that I teach. She walked up to me during group activities and said, “Mr. Z.! I made this chain just for you!” Things like this fill my heart with endless happiness. The 5:00 mornings are well worth it! ❤️

Today, for my 46th. birthday, I took my boys to the summit of Mount Greylock. This is a special place to us and is the highest elevation in Massachusetts. This place is truly spectacular, especially the stellar views and the Bascom Lodge!

Yet, Trump just paused the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and brought the following CEOs with him to Saudi Arabia. Follow the money. I see massive tax breaks for big business in the works, funded by the common folks who will have to concede on their Medicaid to fund…said tax breaks; that’s right. 🤦♂️
