Hey all! Just wanted to share a few words about F It Up 2 before we dive in. HUGE thanks to the F Cancer crew and the invitees for their patience. This year caught me off-guard in a lot of ways and many wonderful folks did not get much notice for this event ahead of time. That's on me.

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.
