Yes! I’ve read that in adults who had chickenpox, exposure to children getting the disease acted almost as an immunization, reinforcing the adult’s immune system against the virus. But now that we’re at a stage where adults have had the disease but kids are vaxxed, we don’t get that anymore.

I don’t mind charts—in fact, I prefer them over written instructions. It’s almost like reading music. I also use the completed rows underneath to help guide me. Sorry I don’t have any better advice than that.
