Anybody gonna drop Part 3 into a google doc for us? Because as much as I would normally abhor not paying for a journalist’s work, they’ve both ceased to be journalists and I won’t give them a dime. Ever.

But I’m weak and would read.

If this stuff is actually newsworthy and consequential and he has been sitting on it until the right moment that benefits himself most, he should probably never work in journalism ever again.

As a journalist who works really really hard to do meaningful work and holds herself to extremely high ethical standards, I’m livid that this is the obvious takeaway for non journalists

I can't imagine anyone watching him air out journalistic malpractice between airing his dirty laundry (piecemeal, behind a paywall) and thinking this is some kind of redemption. Also, considering how much he is doing, the details of his firing from TNY are definitely going to be aired out soon.

So the editor of New York Magazine said there was no bias or ethical problems with Olivia's articles?

Does he still think that?

They should retract all of her stories

I asked why they haven't retracted her articles now that we know she clearly wasn't being objective during the campaign.

Maybe if we all email they'll have to actually respond

UPDATE: DOJ lawyers state that DHS Sec. Kristi Noem made decision not to return March 15 flights.

Also Tuesday, ACLU lawyers name Emil Bove, now a federal judge, as a possible witness in Boasberg's contempt inquiry over the flights.
