Dough is my nemesis, but I remembered I've got a recipe from Morito that turned out OK ish. so I thought I'd give it a go using my Gozney (my cooker is shite). turned out *AMAZING* the long batons are Leek and Feta Gözleme, which are Ok but not as great as I thought they would be.

And when you don’t have a huge amount to spend on rent, what you’re really dealing with is an absolute fucking shithole (see attached) or the prospect of having to give up your pets.

Look, I'm not an economist, but I am a systems thinker, and I *knew* the next move would be for China to make a move on the US assets they own, which is a metric fuck ton. I could see this coming from a mile off.
