In the last Candela Obscura session, the party fought cursed dolls who stabbed them with letter-openers, choked them with sewing threads, and shot them with toy guns.
This system proves to be frightening, comical, and beautiful at the same time.

My darling humans, if there is one thing I wish I could communicate it’s that when an artist talks about influences, it’s not usually/necessarily about replicating plot structures or story beats, it’s about grappling with ideas & ways of seeing the world.
