I don't really know enough to forage confidently, though I did take a mycology course so I don't think it would take me tooo long to figure it out. Really once you know what you're looking for and how to differentiate them from harmful look-a-likes you only need to be able to identify a handful.

And like... I knew that empirically I was deemed decently attractive, but I just didn't see it and hated looking that way.

I've definitely noticed I shed wayyy less hair on estrogen, and I've also just started trying to take better care of it (and the rest of my bod) in general. I definitely had the "what the fuck is even the point of taking care of this ugly man bod" thoughts for most of my life. 😩
