Made it past the midpoint and the pace is picking up! Someone got kidnapped and I finally get to introduce one of my fav characters in this to help save their friend!

I have a clear idea of how to go forward and hopefully I'll be satisfied with how it comes out. I've been rewriting this part so many times because it just doesn't feel right 😩😢 midpoint feels kind of like a final fantasy boss

I'm having fun with building the cultural bits too, adding influence from the cultures that this one was built off of and mixed with.
