Enjoying this as I rethink my romantasy's book title #WritingCommunity

It could be a fun exercise, see how it feels and how it would affect the story if you switched.

I have one which I'm very happy with but something always felt off. Think I'll try to switch it to third and see if it helps with the lore.

Used to be strictly third but first is great for char voice

That said, it's the second novelette I'm planning and practising my plotting skills with. I'm hoping it'll help me write better plots, with pacing which fits the story, and will lead to something to start subbing again, as well as introduce bigger stories (this one is a prequel)

Completely on brand: the nbMC is Autistic, the MMC is disabled (walks with a cane and chronic pain), the WIP includes lush worldbuilding with deep histories, and is part of my shared universe.

This WIP had one of my fav protag x antag dynamics (friends to enemies) and a romance between reluctant allies who accidentally fall for each other. It's good blood magic but this time I mean to properly lean into the vamp vibes it had.

Didn't want to do this but I'm so friggin' stuck with RomantasyWIP that I'm diving back into an old project which' plotting was 💩 and cutting the first part out to make a novelette (15K max). Hoping this brief project can help me break the writer's block.

Ohh yeah plot holes suck 😬

When you follow plot bunnies into plot holes, you end up in Wonderland and have to fight your way back before the Jabberwocky snatches you and eats the rest of your plot, or you get lost and all directions lead to new side stories/plots.

Was so surprised when I first saw one. They're so cute 🥰

Excited about the next couple plot beats (reaching the pinch point) for my romantasy. My alphahole antag's bullying both MCs but they've got backup. And then they get to comfort each other in the aftermath 🥰

I always understood it as having a random plot idea, which fits for me because when I follow new plot ideas I tend to fall down a rabbit hole 😅 ... And my problem is, I have many of them, so... That's why plot fluffle (multiple bunnies)
