Agree- they'd almost gotten to the finals like five times by that point. The patriots are on their first good season in like four or five years. These were Drake's first playoff games.

Yeah you can never take the postseason for granted in the NFL. The 85-86 team didn't make it back.
The future does seem pretty bright though, as long as moves are made to address the obvious areas of concern. I think they're gonna be capable of making some noise for a while. Just gotta execute.
