Fond of books, books, books, movies, great music, especially rock and roll, and an unabashed liberal, father of four daughters, fascinated by nature and just trying to figure it all out while remaining upright.
Let me explain why statements like this resonate through ALL of law enforcement: it is because so many believe this - that they are protected if following any unlawful orders - they are not & instead of telling the truth, they push this narrative, which leads to more abuse & illegal behavior.

I'm not trying to argue with you. One of my Congressional pet peeves is when Congress members try to write laws that are clearly unconstitutional. To me, that should be one of the criteria of either party when drafting these things. We need to quit wasting time on BS measures for effective ones.

because it seems things like this are the only things that get their attention. Findings would also be red meat to the Left, as well. Hell, even throw in a few hints maybe a bit of criminal prosecution might be headed their way.

Why waste time on a measure one knows is not going to go anywhere from day one? Drafting a clearly unconstitutional law will only stir the MAGA hornets, & is pointless. Instead, have Congress publicly investigate their corruption & illegal gifts & include embarrassing public hearings & shame them

Is this judge related to Sen. Chuck "Tough Letter" Schumer? This is why MAGA keeps thumbing its noses at judges.

I think better legislation would be to make it easier to impeach one. Term limits would take an amendment change and we know that isn't going to happen. See the ERA attempt for the results of that.

I'm assuming this is futile & requires a change to the US Constitution.

Article III, Section 1:
Establishes the Supreme Court and grants federal judges (including Justices) lifetime tenure "during good Behaviour" and guarantees their salaries won't be diminished.

I don't know about others, but I also wonder if this is one of those topics that Dems just don't want to publicly talk about due to providing ammo for MAGA to stir up their own base.

And this is so she can claim she was never fired and place it on her CV, omitting that she wasn't eligible in the first place.

Rarely do I watch these videos, but I assume one of their excuses will be that they had him under surveillance for some reason, rather than immediately arresting him. Who knows with these clowns?
December 8, 2025 at 7:08 PM
Why? Why does the supposed legitimate media keep giving these people a platform? Frankly, if the legitimate media refused to put these people on when all they do is lie & obfuscate, we might not be where we are.
December 8, 2025 at 3:49 AM
You are so right - especially so many of the Wash Dems.

Too bad he didn't have the big one and drop out.
December 6, 2025 at 8:45 PM
They don't care she is a member of Congress. When are we all going to realize this? They could not care less & were probably all giving each other MAGA high fives after realizing who she was (of course, the MAGA high five is a Heil Hitler salute).

One disgusting thing is, during the civil rights era, penalty enhancements were added to civil rights laws for when people wore facial coverings when violating the civil rights of people. Now, thugs in our government do it freely with no repercussions. Good luck getting their real names & badges.

Thank you for my laugh of the day.
