BERMAN: Would it be legal for police in Arkansas to kill suspected drug dealers on a boat in a lake?

TOM COTTON: The premise of your question is not well-founded

BERMAN: The answer is no. It would not be legal to kill them.

“Won’t be cowed by utter nonsense…”
Thankful to have the powerful and passionate voice of the President of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr Susan Kressly, on with us this morning.

We will not stay silent and be cowed by utter nonsense at the top. More of this incoming.

Thank you @ameracadpeds.bsky.social

Economist Wolfers puts Noem ‘s number in perspective.
The entire U.S. population is in the low hundreds of millions (340m), meaning that according to NoemMath, nearly all of us were on track for a cocaine-related death. I am so grateful to have been saved.

The UAVs reached the point where the presidential aircraft was supposed to pass around 11 p.m., but the plane landed ahead of schedule and missed them.

As Governor, we brought health care to more than 400,000 Coloradans.

As Senator, we lowered prescription drug costs.

Republicans may try to roll back our progress, but we will never stop fighting for every American’s right to health care.

That’s right — two thirds of the entire population of America was saved by the president’s brave war crimes.

But did they even say thank you?

If we see a 13 point swing in South Carolina in Nov 2026 Lindsey Graham will be retired and I will be the first ever pediatrician Senator.

It's great that reporting on the double tap has spotlighted the abject criminality of this Administration.

But don't forget: Venezuela is not waging war on America or Americans, and the men killed were not combatants.

The first strike was every bit as illegal as the second.
