Changing body composition takes so fucking long, it's very annoying, but it does happen.
What is important is the phrase "body composition". I am stronger than before. I can snatch a 32kg KB over my head, no problem. I've shed fat but without compromise.

Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary that I have been using a digital Zettelkasten. As someone with ADHD and a long history of half-used notebooks, I've been surprised with how successful the experiment has been. I've put together some thoughts below on what I learned.

I think the thing i like about this is the *totally independent account* happens to know that the CEO works with trans folk and has friendly interactions with trans people. It's not caught red-handed but it's such a weird thing to claim about a stranger.

I understand this desire, because that's legitimately why I keep a Zettelkasten. It's a tool to have an ongoing conversation with myself and my influences.
