Maybe… it’s time to get the hell off of tiktok if you haven’t already. (After that, maybe consider a larger big-tech divestment in general? It’s a lot! I’m going through it right now, but it’s do-able.)

For my Salem, OR people: I know that it can be very difficult to be sure of the next steps. Some of the things that have been happening seem insurmountable. There are things we can do to push our elected representatives in the right direction. Public pressure does make a difference. Don't give up.

Seeing how sponging on underglaze goes. This will need another bisque fire before it gets glaze though. Glazing is my weakest skill and I’m sure I’ll be even rustier now. White rose porcelain with underglaze.

Excited to report that my community ceramics studio is back up and running! Took orientation today so I could get access again, and they’ve not only kept the practices I like, they tightened up on the ones I didn’t. Exciting exciting exciting!!
