Hanging in Oaxaca, grading. Classes end Monday and I'm supposed to have all my grades returned. Prepping to watch Stranger Things, my current research project. Planning, somehow, to fit a ton of research in next week before I go to Colorado while also attending a million meetings. 🤷

Came for a random weekend in Portland, Maine. It's my first time in Maine and so far it does not disappoint! I mean, tourist season ends in October for a reason, but even though it's cold it's still beautiful.

Very pretty flat white at the new Spiller Park location in Midtown. They're super friendly, will give you real cups if asked, and incredibly popular this morning.

This adorable butthead ate some dental floss today and thus got two (2!) trips to the vet. One was to make him puke it up, the second was because he was overly sedated (and he has anxious owners).
