In a lengthy exchange, with ICE Deputy Field Director Bill Joyce, Reps Nadler and Goldman are denied the ability to visit the 10th floor. Joyce says it's not a detention facility it's just a place ppl are housed for several days w/out beds.

After months of lying to the American people about their intentions, the truth is finally out.

House Republicans just voted to rip health care away from nearly 14 million Americans to bankroll tax cuts for billionaires—and then had the audacity to applaud themselves for it.

ICE just deported three children who are US citizens and denied their families access to their attorneys. One of the children has a rare form of cancer, and despite ICE being notified, the child was deported without their medication or access to their doctor.
This morning ICE deported 3 more US citizen children held incommunicado.
The families were disappeared and isolated without legal access; one child with cancer deported without medication and pregnant mother deported as well www.aclu.org/press-releas...

Raúl was a relentless fighter for our public lands as Chair of the Natural Resources Committee, a progressive champion for tribal nations, and leaves behind a strong legacy of public service.

At least twice during this press briefing earlier today, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said that the president tasked Elon Musk with “overseeing” DOGE.

Those statements will almost certainly be cited by plaintiffs in the Appointments Clause litigation at some point.
Reporter: Who is the administrator of DOGE?

White House secretary: “I’m not going to reveal the name of that person from this podium…”

Hegseth on CQ Brown: "Was it because of his skin color? Or his skill? We’ll never know, but always doubt — which on its face seems unfair to CQ. But since he has made the race card one of his biggest calling cards, it doesn’t really much matter."
Just look at these paragraphs from the AP story.

Hegseth called Brown unqualified solely because he's Black. Then they fired him... and replaced him with a white guy so indisputably unqualified that he requires a Presidential waiver.

This is what "merit" means to them.

Sorry.
The reservation system is shut down, EMT personnel are gone, so don't get hurt or lost. No one can clean the bathrooms or cabins, so they'll be closed. Rangers are fired.
