It’s nice here but I injured by ankle and have had surgery and multiple appointments, so I’ve experienced a similar effect (also why I still have Christmas up at the end of January).

Why are resolutions so hard to sustain sometimes?! 😩🤔

Because of the natural human tendency of "drift" -- the tendency to return to old, established habits -- they are difficult to keep going for the long-term.
