I missed my family’s Thanksgiving dinner by 2,000 miles. I struggled adjusting to the new job in unexpected ways. @docsavage88.bsky.social has been behind me the whole time cheering me on, supporting my kids, and buying me roses. #grateful

My ancient father has been complaining about tooth pain, but won't go to a dentist, despite my protestations. So I made Panera-style broccoli cheese soup for him, and Misty was like, "Oh damn that's good. I'm taking some for lunch tomorrow." Am I bragging? Yes, I am bragging. ;-)

I _despise_ #microsoft windows. I need zero, zero security on the computers I use it on, and yet somehow it makes me change my password constantly, and I can never remember what the new one is because I never log out. Those bastards just bricked my computer b/c I got it wrong too many times.
