it'll be fine. My skin is rawhide, and with steroids and antibiotics and time, it'll work itself out. But nothing like this has ever happened to me, and the docs clearly never saw anything like it before.

It's no big, but for a guy with a pretty high pain tolerance, it is no fun. The docs took a bunch of pictures -- they'd never seen anything like it. It might be contact dermatitis or some such, but I put on 5 lbs just from edema in my legs and arms. it is a straight up biotch.

The go-to move at casa Savage is to blame my father. It's mostly true anyway. (it's like having an entitled toddler in your house.) But he showed up for me, and now I show up for him. But make no mistake, he is a painus in the thing that rhymes with painus.

I had to go to the doc for a mystery skin issue, and they put me on a wackload of steroids and antibiotics. Job one is remembering my meds at the moment. My knees are so swollen I'm literally having trouble walking. Remember those meds!

The most amazing part of that rendition is how close you came to the original melody. I think the cadence must dictate the melody or some such. At any rate, this is one of the best Christmas gifts ever. :)

#vss365 No one ever accused me of being #suave. Courteous, yes. Mostly kind, but with a stiff backbone.I just sat quietly and started an argument with whoever came my way. Then, if I got comfortable, I'd start making up stories about ants or crickets or some such and let the story play itself out.

Thank you Queen Bee. I'm probably shortly to sleep. I saw Misty off to work successfully with a good lunch and a good breakfast though, and I have a few chores to accomplish today. I hope your day is productive and with minimal stress. :)

I'm protestant in name only. Self-discipline is kind of built into me from the ground up. I inherited my father's kindness (but also his hyper-competitiveness), and those two forces are sometimes at odds. The steroid shot threw off the balance a bit, but I'll get it back. :)
