Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution grants Congress the sole power to declare war, not the President. If the military attacks Greenland, they are obeying illegal orders. Congress is introducing a bill called “NO FUNDS FOR NATO INVASION ACT” to try to stop him. 🔄
