This morning as I walked the pontoon a kingfisher emerged from a circular hole in the ice, no larger than a coffee mug . The small fish in its mouth wasn't as enthralled as I was .

The only thing that stopped me facing that in my teen years as a shepherd was being 40 miles from the sea . Never trust a sheep they are cunning .

It is so easy to oversimplify something to a point to where it fits a narrative.
Recall that RFK Jr’s MAHA report misrepresented the conclusions of scientific papers to fit the narrative.

Science is not simple.
It is so easy to oversimplify something to a point to where it fits a narrative.

I'm fairly sure a film magazine printed results ( early 2000s if memory serves ) on how to get folk to shut up in cinemas and this came out as the most successful at the time . Now ,who knows ?
Is it acceptable to just yell "SHUT THE FUCK UP" when people are talking during a movie? Asking in advance before this movie starts because I just have a real bad feeling these people are going to ruin my movie date for my birthday and I'll fight.
