He's lovely in this. Also, supporting cast is incredible: Michael Jeter (who practically stole the film out from under all of them), Mercedes Ruehl, Jeff Bridges (who is so good at making himself utterly repugnant), Amanda Plummer, and brief, memorable appearances from Kathy Najimy & Tom Waits.
Both the manic & the serious Robin. The best film to show his range as an actor

Trump’s whole strategy is to be so outrageous on multiple fronts—racism, corruption, misogyny, nativism, plutocracy, greed, authoritarianism, etc.—that it’s nearly impossible to keep a focus on any individual outrage or maintain a high level of indignation and concern. It’s deliberate bludgeoning.
I know it's too easy to grow numb to the constant flood of bigotry that comes out of his mouth but it does seem morally important you don't allow yourself or anyone else to become desensitized to this vile racism as a normal part of our politics
