This is even worse than the musician whose management hasn't responded to my queries and told me to "rush" them, but they'll get to me "eventually". I try to make room for people being busy but holy fuck I'm close to cussing someone out because of how unprofessional these people are.

Curious learning from today is that load from new user spikes is properly exponential. Not just n*log(n) like I kinda assumed. We were overprovisioned, but didn’t anticipate 10x load off only a <10% userbase growth.
